Please confirm the following agreement

Unfortunately, in the past years there have always been very last-minute cancellations or registered participants have stayed away from events without cancelling at all. Since we still incur costs, we have to charge an amount of 80€ to each participant who has not cancelled his registration at least five days before the start of the event.
